PGA TOUR Studios

This project consists of a multi-story, over 150,000sf building housing critical data rooms with auxiliary back up systems.

This building will be occupied by over 100 employees for the production studios and green rooms for multimedia marketing and broadcast events hosted by the PGA.

This project includes critical mechanical systems, so no interruptions can be allowed. Sound acoustics in the walls and mechanical systems are installed to prevent any noise transmission. Peachtree Mechanical was selected based on our ability to bring the project under budget ahead of schedule.

We were interviewed and selected based on past performance, manpower availability, design-assist ability, BIM experience and overall capability in meeting budget constraints.

Through VE reviews and other channels we were able to bring the project in under budget. Our staff of project mangers, superintendents, and quality control personnel have allowed us to work safely and deliver the project on time.

This project includes energy saving mag-bearing Chillers, Computer room units, DX auxiliary back up units for redundancy, and air handlers with high level humidity controls.

The plumbing systems are optimal high-level fixtures for energy savings with storm drain and waste systems.
