PRECONSTRUCTION & BIM/VDC
Every Peachtree Mechanical project begins with full BIM/VDC coordination. Our preconstruction process includes 3D modeling, clash detection, shop drawing development, value engineering, and constructability reviews - so problems are solved on screen, not in the field.
DESIGN-BUILD & MECHANICAL CONTRACTING
We are a mechanical contracting GC, not a general contractor. Peachtree Mechanical self-performs complex HVAC, plumbing, hydronics, process piping, and steam systems across federal, commercial, healthcare, industrial, and stadium-scale projects - with full design-build and design-assist capabilities from day one.
