Due to the critical environment of working inside an active federal prison around inmates, Peachtree Mechanical Inc. was selected to perform this project based on overall low price and past performance. This was due to the history of our company performing federal projects and successfully working in critical environments. The project consisted of security measures and detailed background checks of all employees and sub-contractors to meet the requirements of the project. Our team worked closely with the owner and facility manager to make this project successful. Due to this being an active prison we had to closely coordinate all activities around the prisons daily including manpower and tool checks daily, weekly meetings and schedule reviews to assure the owner we were tracking the project to meet the schedule needs.
